Address Change Policy:
- Once an order is placed, no address changes can be made. To ensure a smooth transaction for both parties, please double-check your address before submitting your order.
- If you realize you've entered the wrong address before the item has shipped, you may cancel the order for a full refund. You will need to place a new order with the correct address.
- If USPS is unable to deliver your order and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to resend the package. A refund for the item will only be issued once we receive the returned package.
Lost or Undelivered Packages:
- In the event your package is lost or delayed, we handle each case individually. Please contact us at katcutcreations@gmail.com with your order number, and allow up to 7 business days after the expected delivery date to ensure it's not just delayed.
- Please note, we are not responsible for lost packages by USPS. If your package is lost, you will need to file a claim directly with USPS.
- If USPS marks your package as Delivered, but you haven’t received it:
Wait a few days, as USPS sometimes marks packages as delivered before actually delivering them, especially during busy periods like the holidays.
After 3 days, please contact USPS directly for further assistance.
If USPS confirms the package is missing, ask for an official notice from them. Once you have that, forward it to katcutcreations@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve the situation.
